Prior to founding Keller Fay, Ed Keller was CEO of RoperASW. Keller is a past President of the Board of the Word of Mouth Marketing Association (WOMMA) and the Market Research Council and has served on the Board of Directors of WOMMA, the Advertising Research Foundation (ARF), BazaarVoice (Nasdaq: BV), a technology provider that powers consumer generated content such as Ratings and Reviews. He is a member of the U. of Pa’s Annenberg School's Alumni Advisory Board and Wharton’s Future of Advertising Board.

Keller is a magna cum laude graduate of the University of Pennsylvania, where he also earned his MA in Communications from the Annenberg School for Communication.
