The answer to Monday's Trivia Question: The Brady family accompanied Mike Brady on a business trip to Kings Island Amusement park. You guys thoroughly disappointed me in your lack of Brady Bunch knowledge...can't believe only 3 people had a clue.
FIRST THREE: Neil Moffatt, Gerald Piscopo and Dan Realson

-Okay Sharon Osbourne...there is NO way your son could have competed in STARS EARN STRIPES...no way. Forget his Multiple Sclerosis, he just isn't fit enough for the show. No way. In general, I would never watch a show like this, but I of course had to check it out because Nick Lachey is in it. I need to know how much these celebs got paid to do this show. There is NO way they were doing it all for charity, they had to get paid something. The show is just nuts. The basic premise is that the stars are paired with some sort of Armed Forces specialist to learn and complete a given mission. The first mission included jumping out of a helicopter into a lake wearing full gear and live weapons. Then, they had to get into a boat while enemies are firing go onto a muddy beach and start shooting grenade launchers at targets moving in the woods. When that's done they have to crawl in the mud underneath barbed wire and deliver an ammo box with a bomb in it and then fly back, hanging out of a helicopter all in the fastest time possible. Seriously some crazy Sh*t! Scott Palin, Sarah's better half, was a natural...he was insane and meant for this show, but of course Nick did great too. I knew he would. Will I be tuning in again? I don't know...maybe.
-A lot of hype about Robert Pattinson coming out of hiding to promote his new movie Cosmopolis. Yesterday Rob appeared on THE DAILY SHOW and pretty much said nothingat all. Rob and Jon had some Ben & Jerry's, chit chatted about the movie and when it came to the elephant in the room, Jon pretty much handled that part of the interview on his own. I really want to see if the hype generated a spike in THE DAILY SHOW ratings...betting it did. Caught up on a bunch of the Sunday night shows I missed when I fell asleep early.
-EPISODES wasn't very funny this week. The network made Sean and Beverly tell Matt that he's gained some weight which put him in a really bad mood. I didn't think that Matt had gained any weight since the show started, but he definitely is a lot bigger from his days on FRIENDS, but let's remember that FRIENDS went off the air 8 years ago! Seeing Matt in a funk just wasn't funny. But I did like it that the overweight actor in question was a man instead of woman...nice to have the shoe on the other foot for a change. Another unfunny story was Beverly on a very bad date with Morning's brother...I just felt embarrassed for her. Do you guys all know what doosh chills are? That's what I had when I was watching her on the date...Not one of my favorite episodes of EPISODES at all.
-WEEDS also sucked, and really needs to just end already. Nobody in the Botwin family has sold any actual weed in a long time so it was time for everyone to get jobs. Shane graduated from the police academy, Nancy and Silas got jobs at a pharmaceutical company. Nancy's selling and Silas is growing. Andy asked the rabbi next door for a job and like a good neighbor...he gave him a job as a teacher. Jill and Doug, not contributing much at all. I'm so done with this show, but I'm riding it out because I always finish what I start...just wish I was finished already.
-I almost had a heart attack when I watched Sunday's episode of BREAKING BAD. I know a lot of you haven't watched it yet and I don't want to ruin anything at all for you guys because it's just THAT good. All I can say is that the last 15 minutes of the show is very stressful and just made me sweat until it was over. Jesse Plemons, aka Landry from the best show of all time, FRIDAY NIGHT LIGHTS will surprise you all with his role in Sunday's episode...again, I don't want to spoil it for anyone, so I am purposely being careful here.
-Also on Sunday was the COMEDY CENTRAL ROAST OF ROSEANNE BARR, which was hilarious. My favorite roaster was Amy Schumer, but everyone was really great, really funny and really nasty. Wayne Brady was the most shocking roaster. I'd never seen him be anything but nice...but he was really nasty...but still funny. Roseanne's ex, Tom Arnold even showed up to pay his respects and did a decent job. Roseanne was such a good sport and really enjoyed the roast and appreciated the talent in the room. I love a good roast. Donald Trump probably wasn't watching, but he should have been. He could have learned a thing or two from Roseanne. If you haven't seen the roast, it's airing all week on Comedy Central.
-I thought maybe just maybe, there would be an episode of REAL HOUSEWIVES OF NEW JERSEY that was drama free, but of course if I had gotten what I wished for, I probably would have been bored and changed the channel. The gang is still on their road trip in RV's in California, camping and eating way too much food. This week, the screaming came from Theresa when she hurt her foot, Melissa when she fell out of her kayak and Lauren when her brothers made fun of her and she was feeling left out. It seems like Jaqueline and Theresa might have made up, but since I follow Jaqueline on Twitter, I know that this isn't true. We have another week of the Housewives on their road trip and from the scenes that were shared, this will be the week where we think that Joe Giudice is cheating on Theresa. Both of them are such idiots, that it wouldn't surprise me at all.
-As you guys know, I don't watch DANCING WITH THE STARS, but I guess its big news to find out which of the pros the celebs are teamed up with. Yesterday, that HUGE news was finally announced. I know you guys are dying to see the list...the wait is over...here you go:
- KIRSTIE ALLEY/MAKSIM CHMERKOVSKIY
- PAMELA ANDERSON/TRISTAN MACMANUS
- HELIO CASTRONEVES/CHELSIE HIGHTOWER

- SHAWN JOHNSON/DEREK HOUGH
- DREW LACHEY/ANNA TREBUNSKAYA
- GILLES MARINI/PETA MURGATROYD
- KELLY MONACO/VALENTIN CHMERKOVSKIY
- APOLO ANTON OHNO/KARINA SMIRNOFF
- BRISTOL PALIN/MARK BALLAS
- MELISSA RYCROFT/TONY DOVOLANI
- EMMITT SMITH/CHERYL BURKE
-On Monday morning when I was driving to work, I heard on ESPN radio (Howard is on vacation AGAIN this week) that Chad Johnson was let go from the Miami Dolphins. I didn't think much of it at all, then when I got to work and heard that EV & OCHO on E! was taken off the air indefinitely due to some sort of domestic violence incident. I made the connection...Chad Johnson and Ochocinco are one and the same. I had to call my son to confirm this fact...I really never knew what Ochocinco's real name was. Well whatever his name is...Chad or Ocho or whatever, now he's just a guy who has no job, no wife and no TV show...buh bye dude.
-FOX launched its new Spanish Language network yesterday. The MundoFox network launched on 50 television stations around the country. It will be available in 11.1 million households in 80% of the U.S. As most of you know Univision is the big daddy of the Hispanic networks with Telemundo a distant second and a few other networks are even further back in the pack, but FOX wants a piece of that pie too, so now...another network. Good Luck FOX.
-I have been getting a ton of requests and questions about Fall Premiere's and dates. The list is really long, so I will post it separately on the blog. It will be up there today, so be on the lookout.
-NBC is getting a ton of hate mail for their "brilliant" move of cutting away from the closing ceremonies of the OLYMPICS to air a preview of their new show ANIMAL PRACTICE. That being said, 12.8 million people did watch the show which meant that it delivered a 4.1 RA18-49...not bad for a big bunch of haters! The key will be if any of those haters return to watch the show when it airs on its regularly scheduled day and time.
-Hey, ya know I'm not in to politics, but did you guys notice that Mitt Romney's new running mate, Paul Ryan looks a lot like James Lafferty from ONE TREE HILL? Check it out...
-Tuesday's Vacation/Trip themed Trivia Question: Rachel, Joey, Monica and Chandler all traveled pretty far for Ross's wedding...where did they go?
